Testimonials

Mariah and Josh are firm favourites at The Wembley. They are very accommodating in tailoring their style and setlist to suit the occasion, including themed events – and always get feet tapping. They have been our artist of choice for special events such as New Year’s Eve and our venue’s birthday celebrations. We always receive positive feedback from patrons and our team. Along with being great entertainers, Mariah and Josh are true professionals and very easy to work with. We’ll definitely be booking them again soon!” - Marissa S.

Mariah and Josh were fantastic for my daughter’s wedding reception. Mariah was very easy to deal with during several delays (due to Covid). Their professionalism on the night was magnificent, and choice of music just perfect.  They added a fantastic atmosphere to our reception-everyone commented on how fantastic they sounded. I would recommend them to anyone – although we had basically jazz ,they do lots of more upbeat covers.” - Kath Malcolm

About Us

Mariah & Josh push the capacity of two musicians by drawing on their multi-instrumental talents.

Together, their guitar, drums and male/female vocals produce a sound of a full band, exceeding the expectations of a duo.

With a repertoire spreading across classic pop hits, Jazz standards, Latin favourites and Christian music, Mariah & Josh are well equipped to cater to a variety of listeners.

This versatile duo is at home performing in larger venues with vocals, drums and electric guitar as well as  accompanying their mellow voices with acoustic guitar and light percussion to suit more intimate functions.

The two graduated from the Jazz honours programme at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts as a jazz vocalist and guitarist respectively in 2015.

In 2019, the two released their debut EP entitled 'Paid in Full', which features a selection of original songs inspired by their Christian faith and eclectic musical tastes.

They have also performed in Europe as members of WAAPA's summer school program in 2014 and were featured on West Tv's 'The Buzz -Christmas Special' in 2013 under the name 'Moonlight Jazz'. The siblings have also been featured on 98.5 Sonshine FM's Brekkie Show in 2019 and their Radiothon in 2020 as  live performers.

Amongst other performances, the duo have also performed to appreciative audiences at the Ellington Jazz Club, Kalamunda Hotel and The Wembley Hotel in addition to private functions at other local venues.

Be it a corporate event, private function, cafe or fine dining restaurant, Mariah & Josh look forward to making your event an unforgettable experience!
